活动背景Background

国际化特色学校正处于精准定位、品质为胜的时代，优质的教育教学质量、优秀的教师队伍和教研实力是学校可持续发展的根基。新课标的颁布，对国际教育提出了新的要求，使我们进一步在学科实践、跨学科教学、融合课程设计等领域探索和改进。在2022教师节之际，K12优质教育行业平台-顶思TopSchools特发起“国际学校教师技能大赛”暨第四届“神奇教师”评选活动，旨在通过选拔优质教师和学校集体，展示优质教学教研成果，促进教师与教师、教师与学校的教学分享与交流。

International Schools with high-quality education and teaching standards are in the right place at the moment, in an era where quality wins; Excellent teachers with teaching and research strength are the foundation of a school's sustainable development. The release of the new curriculum standards has put forward new requirements for international schools education, enabling us to further explore and improve in the fields of subject practice, interdisciplinary teaching, and integrated curriculum design. This year on Teachers' Day, TopSchools, a K12 high-quality education platform, launches the "International School Teacher Skills Competition" and the 4th "Wonder Teachers” Competition. The aim is to promote high-quality teaching and research through the selection of top teachers and school groups achievements; also to promote teaching sharing and communication between teachers and schools.

征集对象Participants

全日制国际学校中、外籍教师，小初高学段，学科不限，包括但不限于民办双语学校、高中国际部、外籍子女学校等。

Full-time local or expat teachers of international schools staging at primary, middle or high schools, no restrictions on teaching disciplines; also including but not limited to private bilingual schools, public high schools with international departments, expat schools, etc.

评选方式Selection

初选：Pre - selection

本人自愿报名或学校团体组织报名，联系工作人员提交报名信息，组委会审核通过后，通知您做初赛准备。

If you register individually or by school, please contact us to submit the registration information. After the committee approval, you will be notified to prepare for the preliminary competition.

初赛：Preliminaries

录制真实上课完整视频，连同教案（统一格式模板）一起上交，评委团评分。不外放。

Record and summit a real completed class video as well as teaching plan; jury comments. The video will NOT be public released.

复赛：Semi-finals

将以直播说课的形式进行20m/人 + 专家评委现场互动点评10m/人。

20 minutes of LIVE lectures + 10 minutes of interactive commentary with the jury.

• 说课语言：双语或全英文

• 评分标准：专家评分*70%权重 + 直播时段大众投票*30%权重。

• Language: Bilingual or English

• Rating critirias: Jury rating will support 70% plus a 30% which will be given by public vote.

参赛费用Registration Fees

初选通过后，缴纳报名费980元/人。获得RAISE教育创新发展大会门票一张（价值1980元）。

学校团体套餐，6人及以上，680元/人。

After passing the primary election, the fee will be of 980 yuan per person. In adittion you will receive a ticket for the RAISE Education Innovation and Development Conference (worth 1980 yuan).

Discount package for school group: 680 yuan per person if 6 or more applicants.

额外惊喜权益Surprise Benefits

凡进入到复赛阶段的教师，可被推荐进入中国教育学会国际教育分会“国际教育教研名师库”，其课例作品推荐收入《国际特色高中课程精品课例集》。

All teachers who entered the semi-final stage can be recommended to enter the "International Teaching and Research Faculty Database" of the International Education Branch of the Chinese Society of Education; in addition, their curriculum work are recommended to be included in the “International High School Curriculum Collection”.

专家评审Expert Review

顶思联合基础教育领域专家、国际化教学教研领袖人物、学科明星带头人、教育研究院、资深媒体等个人和机构，共同评选。评审团阵容稍后公布。

TopSchools will jointly select experts from the field of basic education, International Teaching and Research Database, subject teaching leaders, educational research institutions, news media and other pro claimed individuals. The jury lineup will be announced before the preliminaries.

评价维度Rating Criteria

本次大赛的评价标准分别针对与初赛视频和复赛说课进行设置。主要评价维度包括学生学习、课堂效果、学科知识、教学设计、教学实施、评价反思、课堂管理、教学策略等方面，同时关注国际化双语和外籍教师在以学生为中心的项目式学习、实践探究和跨学科教学领域的创新与发展。

The evaluation criteria of this competition is set differently for the recorded video preliminary and the live lectures of semi finals.

The main evaluation focus includes student learning, class outcome, subject knowledge, teaching design, teaching implementation, student evaluation and comments, classroom management, teaching strategies, etc.

At the same time, the jury will pay attention to the student-centered project-based learning of both local and expat teachers; the practical imput and interdisciplinary teaching skills and methods will also bare a great focus on the final result.
