Requirements:
1. Over 5 years working experience of high-end kindergarten and IB management;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in pre-school education or other related pedagogy major with good English listening and speaking ability;
3. Excellent professional knowledge and teaching&research skill with excellent advancing
preschool education;
4. Be familiar with the requirements of laws and regulations of the national preschool education system;
5. Good at leading, judging, organizing, executing, analysing and summarizing with self-reflection;
6. Strong leadership ability, judgment and coordination ability, organization and execution
ability, analysis and summarization ability, self-reflection and self-correction ability;
7. Certificate of qualification for kindergarten principal.
8. Participance in IB Category 1 / Category2 / Category3 training;
9. Be familiar with the cost controlling, the construction and management of teacher team, the development of students’ recruitment channel and the maintenance of brand.
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for overall development planning and operation decision for the International Kindergarten，and to assist Curator to complete the operational goal.
2. Be responsible for hosting and completing the work plan and implementing the management regulations of the kindergarten;
3. Be responsible for the whole management jobs to have a good the daily operation job in conjunction with Chinese Principal. Plans making, supervising and guiding the jobs of the kindergarten;
4. Be responsible for the management and improvement jobs of education teaching level and targeted training for our teachers;
5. Be responsible for the construction and management jobs of our teachers including selection and evaluation;
6. Be responsible for external publicity jobs, presentation and interaction base on our group's strategic decision;
7.Be responsible for building a good relationship with the parents
8.Be responsible for taking some temporary jobs from our group.
