岗位职责：Responsibilities 1.Based on the teaching plan and requirements of Edexcel Examination of Center of teaching wok，timely completion of the task of teaching program of A level international curriculum. 根据教学计划承担英国爱德思考试中心A level国际课程的学科教学工作，按时完成教学任务。 2.Arranged,corrrecting homework,finished studying report on test. 认真布置作业、批改作业、填写学习报告单、做好测验成绩记录。 3.Senior High School teachers teach one or two IGCSE/A LEVEL curriculum subjects to pupils aged 13 to 18 （small-sized class for 15-20 students）The teachers must keep up to date with developments in their subject area, new resources, methods and examination objectives. 教授13-18岁孩子们IGCSE/A LEVEL课程（15-20人小班教学），掌握相关学科的学科动态、最新资讯、教学方法和考试要求。 4.Teachers support, observe and record the progress of their class. 热心帮助、支持学生，观察并记录学生的发展。 5.Communicate with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events; 积极参加部门会议，热心与家长、其他教师交流学习，认真参加职业培训。 6.Manage pupil behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior. 加强学生管理，规范学生行为，善于采取适当的方式纠正不端行为。
任职要求：Qualifications 1.Bachelor degree or above in Education or related discipline (Overseas Educational experience is preferable). 相应专业硕士及以上（海外留学背景者优先考虑） 2.With teaching background experience (teaching experience in IGCSE/AS/A-level, is preferable). 有教学经验，有IGCSE/AS/A-level教学经验者优先。 3.Have passed CET-6 or above. To have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the use of English. 大学英语六级或更高水平,能出色地驾驭英语。 4.Provide a stimulating and engaging learning environment in the medium of English. 能熟练运用英语教学，营造出积极活跃的、学生参与度高的学习环境。
